Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
